You think way too much.

For quality and training purposes (not kidding), USCIS will randomly select cases for further proceedings. An interview does not necessarily mean anything. Of course - it could mean something does not look right as well. Remember it does not necessarily mean a legitimate marriage exists even with tons of evidence. So USCIS improve procedures by quality control.

A lot of people think more evidences mean good. Sorry but no. Humans are not perfect. So it does not necessary that you have everything they ask for.

Also - a lot of people think hiring lawyers or professionals helps. It is definitely a myth. By hiring them, you force USCIS doing everything by the book. Also - by using them, you will never remember what you provided. They always conform their clients. But unless they have worked for USCIS or any U.S. government agencies, they do nothing about how government works. It is definitely a myth that there is a 50% chance for interview for couples without child (as a lot of couples will be interviewed based on her words).

ICE, the federal law enforcement agency for immigration, is no difference from police. How do police get promoted? Catching bad people. So you think ICE will not make innocent people suffer? Think again.

USCIS has no way to know if you have a legitimate marriage. So what you think is not important, but how they think. They simply don't care about you.

At this moment, it is difficult to tell your case now. But as soon as your interview starts, you will know what USCIS is after.
