If you look at the sentence in TWO portions:

(1)They'll give you money (他們會給你錢) 
(2)off their prices (從他們的價格上折價)

then it will be easier to understand.  Therefore, the entire sentence means:  

 他們會從他們的價格上折價給你(錢)
