Babybjorn or BabyBjörn is a name brand for baby carrier, please refer to the following link:

"Carter and I were baby bjorning it" means "Carter and I were using BabyBjorn's baby carrier to carry the baby (or something)"  

I don't know why uses "it", not "her, him, or them".  After all, if it is referred to a baby or babies, it shall not use "it".  However, since there is NO other sentence around, so it is not sure whether "it" refers to "baby", or other things.
